When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order shipping dates are listed on the individual product pages. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original shrink-wrap. Digital products and software downloads are non-refundable.
How do I access my digital purchases?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your digital ROMs or assets. You can also access these files through your account dashboard.
